All Given Amsterdam pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

For made-to-order pieces, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
